By accessing and using the website and services of Movers Abu Dhabi. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide moving, packing, and storage services. All services are subject to availability and our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through our website or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. The final price may vary based on the actual volume of items, access conditions, and additional services required on the moving day.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed (unless you have booked our packing service) and ready for transport. You must also secure any necessary parking permits or elevator reservations for the moving day.
5. Liability and Insurance
While we take utmost care with your belongings, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms specified in our service contract. We recommend purchasing comprehensive transit insurance for high-value items. We are not liable for damage caused by improper packing done by the customer.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfers. Failure to pay may result in legal action or retention of goods until payment is made.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
